Software Point is a IT-company specialized in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) since 1992.  Our  corporate headquarters are in Espoo, Finland and we have offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Linköping and Oslo. We serve our customers in local languages. With a staff of sixty dedicated, industry experienced professionals who have background in chemistry, life sciences and IT-development and over 500 LIMS deliveries to laboratories we are the leading LIMS company in Northern Europe.

Successful Implementations - Software Point‘s implementation methodology, based on GAMP Guide 4, enables successful implementations and guides customers through the implementation process. Software Point‘s implementation team, skilled in project management, business/process analysis, and LIMS functionality and configuration, will work with the customer untill the system goes live.

Quality system - Software Point has long experience in laboratory quality systems. We are following closely accreditation requirements for IT- systems. Most of our customers are accredited by Swedac, Norsk Akkreditering, Danak or Finas and their LIMS systems have fulfilled requirements. Software Point, which has its own documented quality system, has even implemented several systems that are validated for FDA requirements.

Full support for the life time of your LIMS application - Software Point’s Help Desks in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Espoo are responsible for local support. Support Services work includes enhancements of customer applications by request enabling companies to adapt to changes in their environment. Training courses are also arranged yearly.

Upgradeability - all our LIMS products are continuously developed by professional development teams to meet the needs of modern IT-standards, data base versions, and laboratories’ growing functional and quality requirements. Version upgrades are available for all customers since they all share the same core software.
