Pia Bruce  M.Sc., MBA Development Director, Laboratory Support Services Finnish Red Cross Blood Service Pia Bruce has over 20 years of experience with laboratory information management and validation of automated systems from various positions and business areas.  At present Pia is in charge of the Finnish Red Cross Blood Service's laboratory support services unit bearing operational responsibility over the BS's laboratory information management system, expert support for the pre-analytical unit, laboratory technology services and certain development projects. Since 2007 Pia has been chairperson of the Working Party on Information Technology (WPIT) of the International Society of Blood Transfusion.
