WilabLIMS/LimsBOSS is a standard LIMS (LIMS = Laboratory Information Management System) developed exclusively for managing the work in laboratories.

Ø Developed and supported locally by Software Point, WilabLIMS/LimsBOSS is one of the most frequently used LIMS in Scandinavia.

Ø WilabLIMS/LimsBOSS is currently used in over 300 laboratories in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Spain and the number of laboratories using WilabLIMS/LimsBOSS is increasing rapidly.

Ø Because of its flexible and modular structure and scalability LimsBOSS is suitable for use in all types and sizes of laboratories and it is used in a wide range of analysis service laboratories as well as in industrial process laboratories. The number of users vary in a range from one user to laboratory clusters with dozens of users in several laboratories.

Ø WilabLIMS/LimsBOSS consists of a basic functionality and a set of add-on modules from which the optimal combination for each laboratory can be chosen. Recent development covers integration of a powerful, user-friendly reporting tool (BusinessObjects) suitable for ad hoc-reporting by the laboratory staff.

Ø At installation the system is configured to meet the expectations of the customer. As the software is standardised, its continuous upgrading is effective and economical.
