Food and Beverages
One of the key issues for food producers is complete tracability of each product from the raw material, through the production and packaging processes to the consumer. LIMS is an important part of this chain of custody as it takes care of the tracability with regard to laboratory analyses. Our LIMS support automatic checking against specification limits, with alarm in real-time should the limits be violated. The objective is to find all possible deviations before a product has been released and thus prevent the costy process of product draw back from the market, which is the worst case scenario for food manufacturers.
